Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, one of India’s most followed celebrity couples, were recently spotted enjoying peaceful moments in London. While the couple appeared to be spending quality time away from the spotlight, fans and onlookers quickly caught sight of them, leading to several photos and videos surfacing online.

One of the viral photos shows the couple sitting casually outside a local bakery in one of the streets in London, seemingly relaxed and without their children — Vamika and Akaay. Another widely circulated video, shared by Times Paul Trends, captures the duo taking a stroll by the River Thames. While Anushka and Virat appeared to be enjoying a private walk, the video caught Virat Kohli giving a sharp death stare at the people filming them, signalling clear displeasure at the invasion of their personal moment.

This isn’t the first time Anushka and Virat have been seen in London. Over the years, the couple has been spotted in the English capital during vacations and cricket tours. However, of late, we hear that their stay has taken on a more permanent tone. Following the birth of their son Akaay last year, the couple has reportedly settled in London, choosing to raise their children away from the constant media attention they face in India.

Anushka Sharma has openly spoken about wanting to provide her children with a more private and low-profile upbringing, which is believed to be one of the key reasons behind their decision to spend more time abroad. The actress has also taken an indefinite break from films, focusing on her family. She was last seen in the 2018 film Zero alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.

Her much-talked-about cricket biopic Chakda Xpress, where she was set to portray former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami, has reportedly been in limbo, with no recent updates on its progress.

While the couple continues to maintain their distance from the media spotlight, their rare public appearances, like the ones recently captured in London, continue to generate significant fan interest. Whether they are attending matches or simply enjoying a quiet moment by the river, the charm of Virat and Anushka — popularly known as Virushka — continues to draw attention wherever they go.

Special Ops 2 gets new release date; Kay Kay Menon returns in a high-stakes cyber warfare thriller

Produced by Friday Storytellers and created by Neeraj Pandey, Special Ops 2 picks up with Kay Kay Menon reprising his iconic role as R&AW officer Himmat Singh — a character known for his steely resolve, quiet grit, and unmatched intelligence. This time, the threat landscape has changed. Set against a volatile global backdrop, the series explores a new form of warfare — one that plays out in the shadows of the digital realm. Cyber breaches, data warfare, and coordinated virtual attacks take centre stage as Himmat and his elite team navigate an invisible battlefield where the enemy is everywhere and nowhere at once.

“Himmat Singh has never been your typical hero; he doesn’t chase glory, he carries burdens. This time, the battles are quieter but more dangerous, and the cost of every decision feels heavier. As an actor, it’s rare to find a character who challenges you this deeply, not just in performance, but in spirit. I hope audiences feel the weight and the heart we’ve poured into this season,” said Kay Kay Menon.

Directed by Shivam Nair, Special Ops 2 features a power-packed cast including Prakash Raj, Vinay Pathak, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Karan Tacker, Saiyami Kher, Muzammil Ibrahim, Gautami Kapoor, Parmeet Sethi, and Kali Prasad Mukherjee, among others.

With war being waged through screens instead of guns, and danger lurking behind firewalls instead of borders, Special Ops 2 promises a nail-biting ride into the high-stakes world of covert intelligence. Catch the action unfold starting July 18, only on JioHotstar.

Garg captioned the post with a heartfelt message, “Cheers to your Special Day! Happy Birthday Dada! @souravganguly #LuvRanjan”. The candid moment has fans buzzing once again about the long-awaited Sourav Ganguly biopic, which has reportedly been in the works for some time. Although there has been no formal update or announcement in recent months, the photo has reignited speculation that an official reveal may be on the horizon.

As per earlier reports, the biopic is expected to be directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under Luv Films. The project aims to chronicle Ganguly’s inspiring journey — from his early struggles and iconic debut to becoming one of the most aggressive and successful captains in Indian cricket history.

While fans eagerly await casting announcements and production timelines, this birthday tribute has added fresh momentum to conversations around the film. With Ganguly’s life being a tale of leadership, resilience, and transformation, a big-screen adaptation promises to offer not just nostalgia but an empowering narrative for cricket lovers and moviegoers alike.

Sourav Ganguly remains a beloved figure in Indian sports, and the idea of seeing his story unfold on the silver screen continues to excite his massive fanbase. Until official confirmation arrives, this viral throwback from Ankur Garg stands as a tantalising hint that something big might be brewing behind the scenes.

EXCLUSIVE: Mohit Suri ADMITS YRF took a risk with Saiyaara starring “newcomers” Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda; says, “I was feeling scared to ask my producer to invest” : Bollywood News

Yash Raj Films has officially unveiled the trailer for Saiyaara, introducing two fresh faces to Bollywood — Ahaan Panday and Big Girls Don’t Cry actress Aneet Padda. Directed by Mohit Suri, the film dives into the intensity of first love, nostalgia, and youth. However, director Mohit Suri recently revealed that getting this film made was not without hesitation.

In an earlier interview with Bollywood Hungama, Suri candidly spoke about the challenges of making a big-budget film with newcomers in today’s market. “I actually believe they will watch it. But it is not my Rs 25-30 crores going into the film. Those were different times. Things cost less. So yeah, now things have—with OTT just around the corner, and also things have gone up. And technicians charge more. Everything is charging more, everything costs more.”

Reflecting on his early career, Suri added: “To be honest, the company I came from, I think, was a very ballsy company, if you really look. Actually, half the films I made, and which had done well, should have never been made. If you’re going like, let’s talk about Kalyug or even Zeher—whatever—you know, was a very offbeat film that we worked on together. So all those films, if I was really following trade magazines or figures and all, none of these films should have really been made, right?”

Suri went on to explain that even though other producers showed interest in Saiyaara, he ultimately stuck with YRF. “So you would expect the outside people to behave that way. So I did have a couple of people who were interested in doing this film, not mentioning who, but actually, I tried to throw in those names, and I remember Akshaye [Widhani, CEO at YRF] telling me that, ‘Yeah, yaar, you can get them. We can get anyone—being you and us together, right? But we’re telling you—we’re just satisfying the commercial department and the distribution department in the company. But the box office is not going to lie.’”

He continued: “This film is about newcomers, about falling in love for the first time. Yeah, that’s—and yet, I was feeling scared to ask my producer to invest so much on a newcomer.”

Despite the apprehension, the trailer has already generated buzz, and Saiyaara could be a major break for Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda. The film is slated to release on July 18.
