Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are tight-lipped about their wedding procedures. Meanwhile, singer Ed Sheeran dropped a big hint, revealing he’s been invited to their wedding. 

Ed Sheeran took on Vanity Fair’s ‘Lie Detector Test’ series. On being asked if he had received an invite, Ed said, “Mm-hmmm.” 

He also shared Benny Blanco had attended his intimate wedding with Cherry Seaborn in 2018. Ed Sheeran and Benny Blanco’s friendship has come a long way as the duo collaborated on many songs in the past.

In April this year, Blanco appeared on the Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware podcast, and shared his wedding plans, “We haven’t figured out anything in our wedding yet. The only thing I’ve said straight up, as a part of the food, is that I want Jewish cook and food writer Jake Cohen to do the challah. That’s all I care about. He makes the best challah I’ve ever had.”

On another occasion, Selena also spoke about her decision to skip the first dance at her wedding. The Emilia Perez star went on to share that she might be doing a special dance with her maternal grandfather.

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco started seeing each other in 2023, years after being collaborators for several songs. 

In December last year, the couple got engaged. “Forever begins now,” Selena captioned her post alongside pictures of her engagement ring.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next titled Love & War is one of the most anticipated films of 2026. Rightfully so, with a stellar cast featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal in the lead.

The latest updates on the film have been revealed by a close source to News18, regarding the intense body transformation that Ranbir and Vicky underwent for the film.

The source shared, “Ranbir Kapoor has lost 12 kgs while Vicky Kaushal has lost 15 kgs for their characters in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War. This extensive physical transformation of both stars is evident enough to light up the screens for the audiences.” 

Earlier this year, Ranbir expressed how excited he was about working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali again, at the International Film Festival Of India (IFFI).

Ranbir said, “Love & War is something which is every actor’s dream. To work with brilliant actors like Alia and Vicky and to be directed by the master – Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I worked with him 17 years ago. To work with him again, I can say this with so much clarity that I haven’t met a human being who works so hard, who understands characters, emotions, music, Indian culture, and Indian value system, as much as Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Just to be on his set, is tiring. It is long. The process can be a little daunting but eventually, as an artist, it is so satisfying. He really nurtures art. As actors, it’s truly been amazing so far.”

Earlier this year, The Hollywood Reporter had learnt that there might be delays in the release of Love & War which was initially scheduled for a March 2026 release. However, the speculations were later denied. Further updates are awaited.
 

Hollywood star Tom Cruise is known for pushing himself to the physical limit for the stunts in the Mission: Impossible film franchise.

With the franchise coming to close with its last instalment, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, the actor stepped on the pedal, reports Variety.

In a recent appearance on The Tonight Show, Cruise broke down an extended diving sequence in Final Reckoning, in which Ethan Hunt must infiltrate a submarine.

As per Variety, Cruise said during the scene, he “can’t see” because of the underwater lights. Not only did he do the scene blind, but he had to do it while wearing a diving suit that weighed over 100 pounds.

“A lot of times I cannot see because of the reflection of the light”, Cruise explained.

“So, I would go in, kind of blind, spend a lot of time on the set figuring out (the movement) as we’re figuring out the shots. Then, when I’m doing it, I have a hard time. Plus the suit, when it’s wet, increases in weight by about 125 pounds. So, the kind of workouts and things that I have to do just to prepare for these things, it’s years of development. And yeah, and I’m producing it, so it’s also that kind of thing”.

This isn’t the first time Cruise spoke about the underwater stunt. The four-time Oscar nominee previously said he was forced to breathe his own carbon dioxide while filming the submarine sequence because of the limitations of his diving gear. “I’m breathing in my own carbon dioxide”, Cruise said. “It builds up in the body and affects the muscles. You have to overcome all of that while you’re doing it, and be present.”
