Rolls-Royce unveils a new masterpiece that’s based on its luxurious sedan lineup, Phantom. The new creation that’s called the Rolls-Royce Phantom Dentelle was requested officially by a Dubai-based customer who wanted to gift it to their father on Father’s Day.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom Dentelle is heavily inspired by a couture lace piece made using a rare Leavers machine and bears a flower pattern that appears in three dimensions. The Leavers Machine, also known as the Leavers Loom, was first invented in 1813, and the last was built between 1954 and 1959. Today this vintage machine still makes Leavers Lace, which is so prized and special.

The Phantom’s formal, imposing silhouette wears a twin-tone design and paint application; the lower section finishes in a shade of Crystal over Arctic White, and the top half of the body is applied with Crystal over Palais Nemasker Dawn.
The Pantheon grille is crowned by a Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament rendered in rose gold. The 22-inch disc wheels have a center cap with a body-colored ring.

An exclusive coachwork stripe runs from the grill to the taillight on both sides, and another line, adjacent to it, runs a white coachline across the hood and past the rear doors. A leafy, hand-painted art piece finished in a vivid tone inspired by the color of sunrise sits above the rear wheel.

Inside, the leather upholstery is finished in Sunrise and Grace White, and the dashboard, which is referred to as the “Gallery” by Rolls-Royce, features a flower pattern that uses multiple stitching techniques and thread densities to create it; the rear seats also have another flower art of up to 70,000 stitches. The speaker grille is finished in rose gold, mirroring the hood ornament, while the headrests receive Rolls-Royce logos.

Nothing has been said yet on the cost of Phantom Dentelle, but we expect it to be a bit more than the Phantom, which went at a price of around $517,750 to $597,750, depending on various features and upgrades.
